About Maria
Buying or selling a home can be complex, and one of the most important decisions many will make. I work diligently to help each of my clients achieve their individual real estate goals. I am responsive, and very hard-working. I take pride in listening to my clients, understanding their needs and working tirelessly to meet their goals. I oversee the process from start to finish and strive to exceed every client's expectations. I am grateful for the opportunity to help so many people during their journey to home ownership.
I am a top producer, member of Iowa Realty's Presidents Club and DMAAR's Circle of Excellence. I work well with both first time home buyers, those who have bought or sold multiple times, as well as investors. I sold over 50 homes in 2022. My experience includes relocation, new construction, resale and investment properties.
I am an Iowa native and Iowa State graduate. I am passionate about everything our city has to offer and volunteer for a local animal rescue organization, The Midwest Pet Project. I love gardening, travel, baking, and attending live music with my husband- especially outdoors or relaxing at home with our rescue English and French bulldogs.
