For 19 years constituent service was a major part of my life as I worked for U.S. Senator Tom Harkin as his Regional Director in northeast Iowa. Though I had many duties the major component of my job was working with individuals who were experiencing problems or issues with various government agencies. I know how to analyze situations, anticipate obstacles, and devise and implement winning strategies. 

Following Senator Harkin's retirement I wanted an opportunity that would not only allow me to capitalize on my skills and experience but would allow me to continue to serve Iowans. It is important for people to have access to safe, decent and affordable housing. Unfortunately, buying a home isn't always easy and it requires a serious amount of time and money. In 2015 I received my real estate license and now I am a licensed Realtor affiliated with Iowa Realty. 

My experience and background gives me a clear understanding of the importance of prompt professional service and clear honest communication. If you are a buyer, I am with you every step of the way from pre-approval, to home search, through negotiations, and finally a successful closing. If you are a seller, I will help you accurately price your home, prepare it for market, negotiate with a buyer, and arrive at successful closing.
